Sea Bass & Salmon Kebab

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g sea bass skinless , finely chopped
  • 500 g salmon skinless , finely chopped
  • ½ cup mint fresh
  • ½ cup cilantro
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp granulated garlic or 1 crushed garlic clove
  • ½ tsp sumac optional

Method
 

  1. Mix all the ingredients well and knead the mixture for a few minutes until smooth and uniform.
  2. Shape into flat patties and arrange them on a tray.
  3. Chill the patties for at least 2 hours to help them firm up.
  4. Grill for 1.5 to 2 minutes on each side (be careful not to dry out the fish) or pan-fry with a little olive oil.
  5. Serve with yogurt sauce.
